I've never played Gangrel, Brujah or Toreador, so with them it really could be hard to get that item without being recognized. My last playthrough was a Tremere, so I used Trance and he stood still, as someone with obfuscate (Nos,Malk) this is a nice easy walk without any problems. The guy inside really has a short time standing on a position where he can't see you coming through the door and with low stealth/sneaking he hears you very fast. It gets harder if you want to gain the item in the room with the monitors, because you have to keep an eye on the camera, the movement of the guard inside and the guy outside (who can see you through the windows) The guards will notice you, because you have to break the glass, but inside are places to hide, duck and cover :).

Then wait for the camera to start turning into the opposite direction you want to proceed.ĭon't forget the artifact for Pisha in the room on the opposite of the door with the number code. There is no need to deactivate the cameras when you stop sneaking in the right moments while the camera looks away and the guard has it's back on you but is already far away to not hear you when you run right under the camera where it can't see you. It takes some timing, just observe the guards and the cameras and then you'll realize time windows where you can pass free without even using any stealth-discipline or having spent points into stealth (except the ones via books) :)
